These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Grindesk.eu ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated by SIA RIKI.LV, registration number LV40203469011, registered address: Miera iela 16 k5-26, Salaspils, Latvia, LV-2169. By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Grindesk.eu is an AI-powered online classifieds marketplace that enables users to post, browse, and respond to listings for goods and services. We act solely as an intermediary and are not a party to any transaction between users.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2 You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
4.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5.1 Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their listings.
5.2 You represent that you have the right to sell any item listed.
5.3 Grindesk.eu does not pre-screen, verify, or endorse any listing or user.
5.4 We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without prior notice.
The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
— Illegal goods or services under EU or Latvian law
— Weapons, ammunition, explosives
— Controlled substances, narcotics, or pharmaceuticals without prescription
— Counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulently obtained goods
— Adult content or services
— Live animals (unless permitted by applicable law)
— Hazardous materials
— Items that infringe intellectual property rights
— Fraudulent listings or misleading content
— Spam, unsolicited communications, or pyramid schemes
7.1 Certain features of the Platform require payment (listing fees, boost fees).
7.2 Payments are processed via PayPal. We are not responsible for PayPal terms or errors.
7.3 All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
7.4 We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GRINDESK.EU EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRINDESK.EU, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH IT.
Grindesk.eu is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We have no control over the quality, safety, legality, or availability of listed items. Any disputes arising from transactions are solely between the parties involved.
The Platform, its design, software, logos, and AI technology are owned by RIKI.LV SIA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
